The interruption in the relationship between state and citizens in the provision of public services

11/5/2018 – Research results within the WeBER  (par-monitor.org) Regional Project shows that only one-third of citizens believe that the state asked for their proposals on how to improve public services in the last two years or that they, users of public services, have the opportunity to give their opinion on the quality of those services. Almost 80% of citizens – both in Serbia and in Montenegro – say they have had no opportunity to give their opinion on the quality of services they have received from the state for the last two years.
