National Working Groups (NWGs) are national consultative mechanism for participation of civil society in the dialogue with relevant public authorities on design and monitoring of public administration reform (PAR) processes in the Western Balkans (WB). Seminar for CSOs in Montenegro on SIGMA Principles of Public Administration

Institute alternative (IA) has organised a Workshop for civil society organisations on Principles of Public Administration, on February 1st in Podgorica. More than 40 civil society representatives had the opportunity to learn from SIGMA experts, Mr Timo Ligi and Mr Daniel Ivarsson about Principles of Public Administration, the importance of public administration reform, the work of SIGMA and the correlation with the EC reports, as well as the key findings from the SIGMA’s Baseline and Monitoring reports for 2015 and 2016. The workshop was organised within the project Western Balkans Enabling Project for Civil Society Monitoring of Public Administration Reform (WeBER).

Seminar for CSOs in BiH on SIGMA Principles of Public Administration

Two-day seminar for civil society organisations was held in Sarajevo on 30th and 31st January 2017 and more than 30 representatives of civil society organizations (CSOs) from Bosnia and Herzegovina had the opportunity to learn from SIGMA experts on the framework of Principles of Public Administration, to participate in workshops and see the premiere of multimedia presentations about the key reform areas these Principles cover. The event was organized as part of the project “Western Balkans Enabling Project for Civil Society Monitoring of Public Administration Reform (WeBER)“.

Seminar for CSOs in Kosovo on SIGMA Principles of Public Administration

On 26 January 2017, Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS) has organised one-day seminar for the Civil Society Organisations in Kosovo on the SIGMA Principles of Public Administration. This Seminar was co-organised with SIGMA/OECD and the aim was to familiarize the civil society in Kosovo with SIGMA Principles of Public Administration, both at local and central level.
